Where you're from: Barbados
About yourself: I'm from Barbados which I absolutely love, being from the Caribbean contributes   to who I am. I think I'm privileged to be from a region where people around the world want to build their dream homes. The Caribbean is just a wonderful place!! Anyone who knows me would tell   you I like to laugh, love children and would love to see every child be given the opportunity to discover their destiny and potential from tender ages. I also like meeting practical needs and embracing those who to the majority go unnoticed and unloved.

Where are you from: Barbados
About yourself: I did my DTS in 2010 and after returned to serve along with my wife in YWAM. Currently I serve in the maintenance & grounds department and also with youth ministries. I have a passion for sports and currently disciple young men in our neighborhood through a football program. I would like to be in YWAM forever, but if I am not, I will always be missions oriented, and want to be always helping others and giving to whoever I can.

Where you are from: Haiti
About yourself: I’m a very fun loving guy who really appreciates and enjoys life, family and friends. I love languages and I’m working on learning a fourth. I have a deep passion for evangelism, music and worship. My heart is to always reach out to and help others especially those who are brokenhearted, poor and disadvantaged children in the world.  I enjoy working with children, playing my guitar, singing and bringing joy and hope to their lives.

Where you are from: Barbados
About yourself:  I love a good laugh and also enjoy cooking, dancing, singing, travelling with my husband, learning about different cultures,  languages and spending time with my family and friends.  I love being in YWAM and all the opportunities we have to reach out to others , make a difference , and see lives transformed by God’s love across the nations. I’m happy to be a part of this as I teach, mentor and invest in youth and children.

 Name: Ann-Marie Rice 
Where you're from: Barbados
About yourself: I did my DTS in St. Croix V.I in 1993 and have served in YWAM Barbados for over 14 years. I have benefited from God's extravagant love and miracles in my life over the past 20 years and want to spend the rest of my life sharing His father's heart with those who are searching for his love. I have a major weakness for chocolate and ice-cream, and life in general, I love living!  I truly love the arts, children's ministry and teaching. I absolutely love living in a community of believers from all walks of society and who have come from all around the globe. YWAM world is awesome! I am married to Martin Rice and we are the parents of Kirsty, Joshua and Kaitlin Rice. Together we direct the local ministry here at Thickett Plantation in Barbados.

Where are you from: Barbados
About yourself: I did my DTS in Grenada in 1992. I served in Grenada for a short while after which I then married my beautiful wife Ann-Marie in 1993 and we began our work here in Barbados in 1997. We have 3 wonderful kids aged 3-11yrs old. I am very practical and hands on and love building, gardening and discipleship. I enjoy partaking in or watching any type of sports. God has taught me how much he loves us and wants to work in our lives and I love sharing that with others. My wife and I are the Directors here at Thickett Plantation, in beautiful Barbados!

Where you're from: Barbados
About yourself: I love to be in the company of children, I love to laugh uncontrollably and I love music! I enjoy cooking and crazy dancing Tostitos chips and chocolate covered digestive biscuits will make me very happy! I did a Justice DTS in 2009, and since then I’ve been in YWAM. While I’ve been here, I found a freedom and joy in Christ, and learnt how to embrace my passions, while understanding how God wants to use them in His plan. I have heart to disciple youth and to reach out and love children at risk around the world! I love living in this community at YWAM and I hope you will become a part of it too!

About yourself: I was born in Barbados and grew up with a passion for the arts. I have an adventurous nature and am always ready for a new challenge. Joining YWAM was one of the best decisions I ever made – it has literally changed my life. My desire is to teach artists in the Caribbean how to bring transformation in the nations using our cultural artistic expression.
